At Solbina, we are committed to providing high-quality, long-lasting products. To ensure your peace of mind, most Solbina lights come with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects or issues related to functionality. Select entry-level products are instead covered by our 30-day return policy. Warranty or return coverage is clearly noted within each product’s specifications so you’ll always know what applies before purchasing.
Warranty Coverage
Our 1-year warranty covers:
- Issues caused by craftsmanship or material defects.
- Problems with the solar panel or lighting functionality that prevent the product from performing as intended.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, dropping, misuse, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and aging from outdoor exposure.
- Products exposed to extreme conditions (e.g., severe hail, floods, storms).
- Breakage, scratches, or cosmetic damage not affecting performance.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper storage.
- Issues caused by not following basic care or cleaning guidelines.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If your Solbina product experiences an issue within the 1-year warranty period:
- Contact us at support@solbina.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If possible, include clear photos of the problem to help us assess quickly.
- We may request that you return the product for inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be covered, we’ll repair or replace your light at no cost.
Return Shipping Costs
For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your claim is approved, we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement or repaired product back to you.
