Please note: Some products may be priced higher or temporarily unavailable in the U.S. due to tariff restrictions and import regulations. These measures are beyond our control, but we remain committed to providing a premium experience and ensuring safe, reliable delivery for all our customers.

Shipping Methods

We offer two types of shipping for our products:

Standard Shipping - Delivers in approximately 1–2 weeks, with timing depending on your location.

Extended Shipping – Some products may require Extended Shipping to ensure safe and reliable arrival, typically in 4 weeks. For certain regions or product types, delivery may take longer than 4 weeks.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are shipped from different regions, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This means products may be delivered at different times, depending on their origin and shipping method.

At Checkout

The applicable shipping method for each product will be displayed at checkout based on the item and your location. If your order includes items with different shipping times, you’ll receive individual tracking details for each package so you can follow every delivery

Please note: For international shipments, the tracking number may not update immediately for certain products. It usually becomes active once the package reaches the destination country or a local carrier — typically around halfway through the estimated delivery time.

Order Processing

Each Solbina piece is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment. This ensures your order is carefully checked and thoughtfully packed so it arrives in perfect condition.
